Don't have a clue what to du on this beautiful upcoming sunday?

Check out a random market, little restaurant or even a shady little food cart. Thats right i said it...try that random looking protein with an unfamilar sauce and side. You never know....it could open your eyes to something beautiful.

In this pic, I was galavanting around with my friend (monsieur Johnny B._) in search of polish grub. We ended up going to this slovakian food festival in or around the Cleveland area. We had potato pancakes, the not so random and completely over looked sausage along with many other precarious and not so precarious food items. I think some of the booths were quite shady....yet, food wasn't bad.

When the day was finished with beer and yes another brot. We had smiles that told a story. A story about a good day. If that is what you r looking for involve food and friends. Go out try china town, little korea or even that miniscule looking italian joint down the road. Who knows maybe they have the best cavateli you have ever had.

Just Thought I would give this a try. I love talking about food. Maybe answering questions on food related topics. Not to sure as to what you do with these things.
I know kind of wierd right considering the fact that I grew up in an era that uses this stuff. Guess we all have to start somewhere. Time to get out of the kitchen and on the computer.
